Intra-organizational Cohort Leadership Development Programs
- A systemic view of leadership and organizational development is introduced through the cutting-edge Nine Domains ℠ approach.
- The program is customized to the needs of the organization. Our leadership development approach is consistent with, and supportive of, typical organizational competency models being used. The focus is on the underlying drivers of individual behaviors and attitudes and, therefore, builds a leader’s capacity to truly gain mastery in leadership competencies.
- An intensive leadership program combining group coaching, readings, exercises and ongoing practices that is designed to deeply enhance one’s self-awareness, other awareness and conversational intelligence.
- The group setting allows individuals to practice with and be supported by a group of peers from within the organization.
- The program includes sophisticated personality assessments for each program participant to help uncover core drivers of behaior and attitude.
- Usually, the program is delivered in three two-day sessions with four to six week intervals between sessions. The two-day sessions allow conversations to reach the necessary depth and the intervals are used to practice and internalize the learning.
