Neil W. Sicherman, Ph.D.

Managing Partner

Neil Sicherman's work is a synthesis of leadership experience, teaching college students, MBA students, PhD students, chairing dissertations, consulting with executives on leadership, corporate valuations and strategy.  He is extensively trained in personality development and behaviors, relationships and communication.  Neil has a PhD in Financial Economics, is certified as a Newfield Coach, and has advanced training through the Enneagram Institute.  He is a Nine Domains Senior Associate - one of nine people in the world selected to work with world-renowned teachers/authors Don Riso and Russ Hudson (Founders of Nine Domains LLC and The Enneagram Institute) - to further develop a powerful and unique systemic framework of concepts and practices for organizations.

Previously, Neil served as the Associate Dean of the business school at Villanova University, where he led a team to create and develop an innovative Executive MBA program.  The program, built on a foundation of systemic thinking, was the first in the world to fully integrate executive coaching into its curriculum. 

Before being recruited to Villanova University, Neil was a professor at the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, where he won numerous teaching awards and taught International MBA students in Vienna and the Netherlands.  Neil began his career as an accountant and financial consultant at Arthur Anderson.

Chuck Curtis

Managing Partner

Chuck is a leadership consultant with over 30 years experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in the technology marketplace.  He has held sales and sales management roles, as well as strategic alliance leadership roles with a number of organizations, including Novell, Inc., Unisys Corporation, and IBM.  He has also held leadership roles in the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals, a global organization dedicated to providing best practices and leadership in the development and management of strategic alliances.  Chuck founded and served as president of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of ASAP for five years.

Chuck holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Villanova University, and earned his B.F.A. at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
