The duration of these seminars and workshops is usually a half-day to two days and the depth of the work will vary as a function of the duration

• Introduction to the Nine Domains ℠ Approach to Leadership:  An overview of this Enneagram based systems model as can be used to create thriving and evolving teams and organizations.
• Introduction to Riso-Hudson Enneagram Personality System:  A sophisticated and practical personality assessment and system that is used to dramatically increase one’s self-awareness and other-awareness as well as improve relationships.  The system is powerful in uncovering one's (often hidden) core drivers of behavior and attitude.
• Conversational Intelligence – At the Heart of Leadership:  Organizations and teams are networks of conversations.  The effectiveness and efficiency of actions are clearly based on the effectiveness of conversations.  So, too, is the culture of the team or organization a function of the conversations that take place (and those conversations that are missing).  Effective, meaningful and powerful conversations can be taught and practiced with rigor.  This seminar is an introduction to building conversational intelligence.
• Unleashing the Power of Authentic Diversity:  Each individual has a unique way of feeling, thinking, communicating and acting.  Uncovering these unique characteristics of individuals and unleashing their natural gifts is how diversity leads to innovation and sustainable success.  This workshop begins to uncover these individual characteristics and create ways to leverage this diversity in an organization.
